Each quotation begins with a comprensive review of Your objectives. We understand the importance of maintaining an open channel of communication and frequent contact with You, our client. All of our events, whether large or small, are personally managed by a Color Viaggi’s event manager from primary contact, programme design and initial site inspections to on-site management, You will have one team leader and decision maker to ensure correct and effective communication and understanding of Your event from start to finish.
We have the advantage of being polyglot which will ensure that potential cultural barriers and lingustic misunderstanding are avoided. This has also enabled us to develop a sound relationship with our service providers who help us to deliver our executive service. Over the years, we have built up an extensive knowledge about every aspect of our chosen destinations. This has proved invaluable to ensure that our clients have the opportunity to sample the very best of what Italy has to offer.
Color Viaggi is proud to collaborate with only the very best service providers in Italy: from hotels, gala dinner venues, transport and entertainment to catering companies and activity organizers, we only recommend those who have proved time and time again to deliver the first class service that our clients expect. We have very strict standards which all of these service providers must adhere to, bearing in mind the high expectations of our clients – we do not work with anyone who can not reach these standards.
We understand that there are not enough hours in Your day… We simply ask You to contact us by e-mail outlining the profile of the event You wish to organize. Within 24 hours we will contact You to discuss a suitable proposal with several options to choose from. Besides the pre-event process, during Your event, the time spent liasing with Your clients or colleagues should be maximised. Color Viaggi will ensure that all of Your time can be dedicated to this purpose and not on last minute changes and arrangements. As there is always at least one Color Viaggi responsable on-site throughout Your event, fast and effective communication and immediate decision making are guaranteed.
Throughout the years, we have established a strong relationship with all of our service providers. This enables us to guarantee the best rates possible for our clients. As event managers we are aware that an important part of Your job is to remain within a certain budget. We will work with You to keep within that budget.
